Vendor’s Fees
Food Vendors
- A flat participation fee of $750 applies. The number of food vendors will be limited supporting strong sales opportunities for each vendor. Apply below.
Non-Profit Organizations
- Indigenous Non-Profit: $150
- Non-Indigenous Non-Profit: $250
For-Profit Businesses
- Small Business: $450
- Corporate / National Business: $1,000
Artisan & Craft Vendors
- Commercial / Resale: $400
- Handmade / Artisan: $200
What is considered commercial versus handmade artisans?
Businesses selling mass-produced items, such as merchandise and similar products, are classified as commercial, reflecting their typically higher sales volume compared to traditional crafters. Handmade artisans are charged a lower fee to account for the time involved in creating individual works, including as examples: beadwork, soaps, artisanal goods, and traditional craft mediums. The organizing committee reserves the right to evaluate each business based on its online presence, and provided write up below and issue the appropriate invoice amount.

The organizing committee will review all food vendor applications and select vendors that collectively offer a diverse range of food, snack, and beverage options for attendees. Selected vendors will be contacted directly and invited to confirm their participation by submitting a $750 registration fee.
